• The manuscript has not been published previously.
• The manuscript is not under review or consideration by any other journal or publication.
• No part of the manuscript infringes upon the copyright of another publication.

It is the primary responsibility of the author(s) to obtain appropriate permission for the use of any copyrighted materials prior to submission.

Step‑by‑Step Guidelines for Authors

IJETRBA publishes the following types of scholarly works:

• Original Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Short Communications

Short Communications must address a topic of particular relevance and provide a clear, definitive conclusion supported by results or analysis.

Manuscript Submission Policy

Submission of a manuscript implies that:

• The work described has not been published previously.
• The manuscript is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• The publication has been approved by all co‑authors, if any.
• Approval has been obtained from the responsible authorities at the institution where the research was conducted, either explicitly or implicitly.

The publisher and editorial board shall not be held legally responsible for any claims of compensation arising from submitted manuscripts.

Permissions

Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text excerpts that have been published elsewhere must:

• Obtain written permission from the copyright holder(s) for both print and online use.
• Submit evidence of such permission along with their manuscript.

Any material submitted without appropriate documentation will be assumed to be original work created by the authors.

Submission Procedure

Authors should submit the following via email:

• Manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format
• Prepared using the IJETRBA manuscript template (IJETRBA TEMPLATE)
• Any required supporting or supplementary files

Important Notes on Revised Manuscripts

If authors are invited to submit a revised version of their manuscript:

• All changes must be clearly marked (using Track Changes or highlighted/colored text).
• The revised submission must include a cover letter containing a point‑by‑point response to each reviewer comment.

Availability of Research Materials

Submission to IJETRBA implies that any materials described in the manuscript (e.g., datasets, algorithms, models, experimental materials) should be made reasonably available to other researchers for non‑commercial purposes.

• Authors are expected to comply with legitimate requests within 60 days of receipt.
• Requesting parties may be required to cover reasonable costs.
• Distribution may be subject to an institutional Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) limiting use to non‑profit research.
